Mizi — 8% all-inclusive
RWF 8,000,000
Everything included. One invoice.
Traditional agent — about 8–15%
RWF 8,000,000 – RWF 15,000,000
Commission plus the usual extras.
At the top of that range you'd keep up to RWF 7,000,000 more. At the bottom the two are close to level — the difference is what's included, not just the percentage.
Agent figures assume 5–10% commission plus 3–5% in marketing, legal, paperwork and photography costs. Estimates only — your agent's terms may differ.

A better standard for Rwandan property
Ownership should be verifiable, priced openly, and free of fees nobody explained to you.
Verified listings
Every property is surveyed, its title confirmed and its zoning checked before it appears — at our cost, not yours.
How verification worksQuestions people ask
What does the 8% cover?
Land survey and boundary check, title verification with the land registry, master plan zoning review, professional photography, digital signing and notary support, and your advisor throughout. There is no separate invoice for any of it.
Are there any other costs?
Not from us. Government transfer taxes and statutory notary fees are set by third parties and paid directly to them — we show you those amounts in writing before you commit to anything.
When and how do I pay?
Only when your property sells. We invoice you for the 8% once the sale completes, payable by mobile money or bank transfer. Nothing is charged to list, and nothing is charged if it doesn't sell. Your buyer's money never passes through Mizi — it goes directly to you.
Why 8% and not less?
Because the survey, verification, photography and notary work is real work, and we'd rather do it and include it than quote a lower number and bill you later. Compare the total, not the headline rate.
